Jordan speaks to her work: “In life we faceplant and from there we can grow. It’s easy to invalidate pain unseen and I want to acknowledge life’s metaphorical face plants that don’t always leave visible scars. Embracing our growing pains sucks AND it sincerely shapes a unique loveliness…a bloom, if you will. Most of my art is a mixture of ink, charcoal and dried plants.”
