My experience at the Equinox school went beyond just education.

While the knowledge that I gained as a student far exceeded my expectations, it was the connections that really surprised me. The other students in the program as well as the teachers have become like family to me. I loved our time in the classroom, bonding in the beginning over our struggles with botany, and strengthening those bonds during our out of classroom experiences. The Equinox Center has found a great balance between classroom learning and time spent out in the field learning from first hand encounters and experiences.
This program helped me reconnect with my sense of purpose, strengthening the connection to my truest self.

That alone is something I will always be tremendously grateful for. I began the program as one person and ended it as another. Not only did I leave this program with a great education but also I left it with a new feeling of confidence in myself. This program reconnected me with my love of nutrition and I am currently in the process of applying to nutrition school.
